LED Bus Stop Signs

Bus stop signs are an integral part of the extensive Dynamic Passenger Information System. They are installed at bus stops, platforms, stations, and transfer hubs.

Specification

Bus stop displays display timetable information for a given stop, platform, or platform. They also provide information on the estimated or scheduled departure/arrival time of a vehicle on a given line in a specific direction. Additionally, the display shows the name of the stop at which the display is located, along with the current time. In addition to the above information, the displays can also display special information prepared by the traffic control center, additional announcements, or advertisements.

SiMS bus stop displays are based on super-bright LED technology, ensuring excellent visibility in all weather conditions, at any time of day or night. The display’s control software allows for remote diagnostics. Dedicated processor systems monitor, among other things, the operating parameters of the power supplies, fans, and the display’s operating temperature.

The displays can be transmitted via LAN, RS485, fiber optic, or a GSM modem. Equipped with two transmission media, the display automatically switches to a backup medium in the event of a connection loss, ensuring continuous operation of the display.

Because bus stop signs are often exposed to vandalism and harsh weather conditions, they feature a reinforced powder-coated steel housing, and the display panels are covered with an anti-reflective polycarbonate panel. The housing can be chosen in any RAL color. The signs can be easily mounted on a pole, pylon, or wall.
